Dalion Partners Ltd was founded by Viktor Arak in Hong Kong in 2008 to provide interim management services.
Viktor Arak earned his LLM law degree from Stockholm University in 1998 and worked as M&A specialist for Sweden’s leading law firm Setterwalls until he joined Electrolux as Group Legal Counsel for Asia in 2001. In 2002, he was stationed in China where he has lived ever since. During his tenure with Electrolux, he executed a number of acquisitions, divestments and corporate restructuring projects in Europe, China and India and later headed the group's refrigerator and washing machine business in China.
During 2009-2011 he served as Managing Director of Eriez Magnetics in China and during 2011-2013 as Managing Director China for a large division of PE-owned Finnish metallurgical conglomerate, Luvata.
Since 2014, Dalion Partners Ltd has focused on advising German Mittelständlers in China and helping Chinese industrial firms make acquisitions in Europe.
Viktor Arak speaks German, Swedish, English, Mandarin and a number of other languages fluently.
In 2015, 2016 and 2017, he was elected Beijing Chair of the Investment Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.
